If your quest for a stellar writing program has been long and arduous, we think youll be glad to discover WriteShop Incremental Writing. Its the one writing curriculum which we feel combines the best elements of all the others on the market. WriteShop Incremental Writing:
|
WriteShop focuses on teaching the elements of style. Students learn to develop strong paragraphs through choosing vivid, descriptive words and using sentence variations. They first learn to write descriptive paragraphs before moving on to informative, narrative, and persuasive writing. Skill Builders reinforce new concepts, which students then apply to their current compositions. While not a grammar or spelling program, WriteShop encourages growth and awareness in both of these areas.
The Basic Curriculum Set includes everything you need to teach
one student. Order one extra Workbook for each additional student.
WriteShop I teaches the basics of descriptive, informative, and narrative
writing. WriteShop II offers more challenging assignments, including descriptive
narration, point of view, narrative voice, persuasion, and essays.
